BlackBerry users and Rim employees can't stop laughing. What innovations will Apple have a press conference for next? Speed Dialing? Conference calling? Fire? The Wheel?
"Apple started the party when it comes to smartphones."Wow... Just wow. You mean all the smartphones I've ever had and seen since 2002 were just my imagination?
What do you mean no flash support? I've seen those app's with the ladies and their boobies juggling.... (you know - the quality apps)(yes, that was a joke)
Sure flash has its place, but not on the iPhone and I'm one of those that are glad it was not implemented. I say it again, flash has its place and when developed and used the right way it actually is one hell of a great thing to have. Unfortunately 90% of flash/flex developers don't have the skill to create efficient flash applications and all they do is sour a users experience with mostly meaningless slowdowns.
I find it amusing that anyone who isn't an Apple fan boy gets buried under multitudes of hate.Apple has been cheating its customers out of features that most phones take for granted, such as copy paste and mms. Its a miracle they finally allow their mobs of buyers some slack in the leash.Maybe sometime in this century they will annnounce Flash, too.
By saying Apple started the party I meant they brought smartphones into the limelight. Seriously did I have to spell this out? As a former Symbian dev I know there were previous smartphones. And DoKoMo phones are nice if you like poking around at geeky UIs.
