I have to say that AT&T reception where I live is actually much better than any of the other carriers I have tried. Reception does vary from area to area, but it's worked well for me...

I doubt they'll care if they're hosting a file less than a meg. I used to serve several GB's of mp3's per day from a server when I went there back in the mid 90's (when legality was fuzzy) and they didn't care. Go beavs.
