I'm sure you were joking but releasing a half-complete SDK is what would have been lazy. I'm sure they will release and SDK when they and it are ready.

Right. We have had full access to the Pocket PC file system for years and there are still no viruses in the wild. Conceptual/lab viruses don't count.
