Hopefully Myspace will learn.

Sadly, that's kinda hard to do unless Facebook servers store that information.

I was excited too when I saw this. The only problem is that you have to have a set plan to get a key and I don't think "tinker with code" will count

I'd like to see some sort of "six degrees of separation" app that will like rank people connected to you within X degrees of separation so that you can find new friends. Like if someone is friends with a lot of your friends it will recommend that you might get along with them and whatnot.

As a facebook user, I would like to see something that allows me to show all the people I think are hot, and have them voted on.I mean seriously, we all want to know who the hot girls are at our school.

and if you're a college student you surely realize how useful facebook comes in when you really need to get in touch with that one guy in that bio class and you can't remember his name. I can't really picture myspace having practical uses (or stand looking at any of the pages long enough to find anything). Facebook has a very clean, data-oriented layout, and I really like that.

Who gives a s**t? Yeah, waste your time writing apps for this, then get booted when you graduate.Jeez, people, it's bad enough that some people never grow beyond their frat mentality. Nobody gives a s**t about college once you move on and have some real-world experiences, so face up to it now and save your time.

here's a cool tool combining the facebook API and Google Maps API<a class="user" href="http://digg.com/programming/Map_your_Facebook_Friends_Locations_with_the_Google_Maps_API/">http://digg.com/programming/Map_your_Facebook_Friends_Locations_with_the_Google_Maps_API/</a>
