If you do your research and know what you're doing, there is very little risk of fraud online. You have as much chance of being scammed from a respectable online seller as opening your sacred store-bought item and finding a bag of s**t inside. They both happen, but don't be scared of the net just be careful.
Ok, that doesn't really apply, because his feedback appeared to be from genuine items he sold over the last year, and the account was a year old, not just recently created. I would have considered it fairly established.
I buy a 150$ item to this seller and never received. This is the informations I have about him:Name: dica stefanCity: torontoState: ONCountry: CanadaPhone: (416) 666-6776 (desactivated cell phone)another previous ebay member have received an item postmarked from Dundas district (Hamilton, Ontario)On my paypal account, the payment was made to Silviu Stefan. On canada411, a person named S.Silviu lived in hamilton, 1109 Old governor street, (near Dundas District), but this person told that he never sell items on ebay...
I think this person was probably an outstanding and reputable ebay seller, until he got captured by coallition forces, put in a prison, and thereafter couldn't meet his ebay obligations. You know, somone like Saddam Hussein, or that 18 old kid that banged the 16 year old, then was put in prison for the 14 year old.Don't judge before you know the facts. He could be stuck in a local county jail right now indefinatly for having an overly outlandish christmas yard display and got fingered for "hate speach" by his jewish neighbors.
I ordered a game with this guy and he got me too, the bastard. I paid $46 for a game and I got $21 back from Paypal. I paid with my CC from Mastercard and will try to get the $25 paypal charges me for sending 1 e-mail back from MC.Anyone knows if this will work?
here the sellers and buyers both are in a win - win situation.
bestebazaar.com is a for of auction where the price falls the whole time until someone buys it, while the price for the seller increases till the auction ends.
Sellers list their items for sale and buyers buy at the lowest price.
Image an ebay seller has posted an Ipod / laptop , etc for sale and the buyer buys it at a price lower than its retail price while the seller gets paid an amount which is higher than the retail price.

Except this guy was selling the exact same types of items, in the exact same page formatting as his previous auctions that did get positive feedback.

And this is why I rarely rely on eBay for anything. eBay is awesome, but people like this ruin it.
