I think he hates to say "title says it all", but then he says it anyway instead of actually writing a coherent sentence or two that would give people some, oh I don't know, some ACTUAL INFORMATION.
He was probably in too much of a rush to be sure he posted it to Digg before anyone else, hence the "title says it all", when it really doesn't say jack s**t.
