Zune: It's Pretty Good

jameslao.com — I've read plenty of reviews, including the scathing one from Chicago Sun-Times, but most are lukewarm at best. Some of the reviewers seemed like iPod zealots and refused to look at the good aspects of the Zune or take into account that it is a first generation device. Here's my take on it.
