Lol, KungFooJesus, 6ft 3 @ 215 pounds is not big at all. Wait till you start getting up to 230-240 pounds at your height. Also, some people have it easier and some people have it harder, just the way genetics work.
Wow. Just wow. (@skinny01:)Being super skinny like you were allowed you to gain so much mass at 2 hour workouts because your body doesn't want to stay that skinny (it sounds like you may have had an eating disorder). However, you probably would have gained more had you kept your workouts shorter. Seriously, talk to any personal trainer, and they will tell you to cut back your workouts. Even body builders on steroids will not work out that long at a time. And probably a significant amount of that added weight is from water retention from being on creatine. Seriously, go off creatine and see your weight drop 5-10lbs. Do some research. Keep your weight lifting sessions to 45 minutes or less (not including warm up and stretching). And you are far to worried about your workout becoming aerobic. Unless you are super setting, you are not going to enter an aerobic state. One minute rests between sets and exercise are plenty, and you're not going to become aerobic.Oh, and hiit/wind sprints (what you describe for ab work) are not abdominal exercises. They may work them somewhat, but the main reason you'll see ab development is because you'll be burning fat from on top of your abs. That being said, hiit/wind sprints are awesome and highly recommended for burning fat. 20 minutes of hiit is more efficient than 45 minutes of low intensity steady state cardio. Hell, you'll probably put on some leg muscle initially.
And a girl can cheat pretty easily.. You basically just have to be not noticeably fat, spend a couple grand on a boob job, and you'll have 99% of guys checking you out and doing anything you ask. Unless you have an incredibly ugly face of course.. And even then you'll still get about 50%What could a guy do? Nothing. Bald by your 20's? Screwed. Messed up face? Screwed (unless you want to devote your life to working out and get a ripped body. Even then a pretty large number of women don't like too-ripped guys).
