forum.zonelabs.org — Hundreds of computer users have upgraded to the latest version of ZoneAlarm, only to be greeted by the BSOD upon rebooting their computer, or worse. I personally spent 14 hours today trying to clear my hapless computer of this despicable so-called upgrade!! Check out their forum, where hundreds of users are reporting major problems!!!!
