Look everyone! It's a toll troll playing a little game called misrepresentation of material facts. Of course lancedboner knows the Spanish company owns the Pan-American superhighway whose corridor and buffer zone extend fifty miles on each side and runs from Chile to Canada. Under the guise of imminent domain and color of law this will result in "forced displacement of human populations" and the ability to buy up land for pennies on the dollar as no one will be able to live, do business, grow crops or graze animals near the private road.
I'll go out of my way to avoid a "Toll Road". The last time that my wife and I traveled she got mad because "my route" took us 5 hrs. longer. The way I see it - You'll see more at 45mph taking side roads than you will doing 70 down an Interstate highway. She did finally tell me that it was a good idea.. we found a ton of antique shops on those side roads. ;-)

There is no Congressional oversight on how these companies spend the money they stole from taxpayers.
