Add another one to the 'No icons all over the f**king desktop' club. I can't stand that s**t. Even worse is start menus that are 3-4 pages long and are pretty much unuseable.
What dock bar is that up top? That's badass. I tried to use the Dell Dock on my girlfriend's new laptop, but it ended up behaving badly (not staying behind everything).
My desktop used to be this way, until I read Getting Things Done. Thankfully, it has stayed reasonably organized ever since then, except for the times when l get lazy and let it get cluttered again. :)
