No - traffic jams are caused by someone way in front doing a slow stop and the person behind doing an over reacting; not proper drafting of the road. People behind me don't have to over react on their brakes because I didn't have to. If the person behind me lets them in, thats a traffic jam.

I don't mind cutters, I cut sometimes. I hate tailgaters though, if you're tailgating me, be ready to sit still for awhile. Tailgating is dangerous and I have no desire to be rear-ended, even if you are paying my bills afterwards.

i'd say he's only really an assh**e if he has cars behind him that he's holding up so he can get over to the turn lane, and if that's the case, the cars in the right lane that don't let him in are just as guilty of douchebaggery because they *know* that they're not just f**king him, but everyone behind him just so they can save themselves 3 seconds.
