well i dunno about the MacBook, but i am so excited about the new powermacs for this very reason.Remember that news about the flash drives macs will eventually be using for their OS for really fast booting? I'm nearly positive that will be in the new powermacs, meaning switching between windows and osx will be a breeze and dul-booting won't be as much of a pain as it normally is (that that i find it terribly tedious, some do.)
I want screenshots and video!!! Where's the screenshots and video!!! I want to see the thing dual boot and play FEAR or HL2 lost coast or something that will tell me that the Mac can dual boot OS X and Windows XP (MCE preferred)
No, you can't dual boot Windows. This is because Apple use the latest Intel BIOS replacement, called EFI. And XP doesn't support EFI, it expects a BIOS. Vista will support EFI, as does 64-bit windows, but current XP does not.
"the real question is whether wine will work or not..."The real question is whether or not you're 1337 enough to make it work. Most likely it will run fine.
Dude this is bad, all it takes is a stupid windows virus with the abilities to mount and write to an HFS partition and there goes your OS X data. It could even just write random data over the OS X partition and thats it. Suddenly, macs dont seem soo secure anymore! no one should run windows on a mac, NO ONE.

"And by the way anybody who prefers XP over OS X has spent less than five minutes with OS X"14 months here so, by the way, you're wrong.
