Actually, it's been available for almost two years now. All you have to do is add (or replace) :&fmt=18to the end of the youtube URL.

Or get a Mac. Open Activities and just double click the .flv... And wait till the Download tray bounces.*Activities is a window in Safari, and not a folder... It lists all the files that have been loaded to display any page in any open window.
