Can't you just open it in Quicktime and 'trim to selection'? I've never edited a video or anything, so maybe that's wrong, but I do that all the time to make a .gif or save a clip from something. Seems like it would work.

AVATAR should f**king got OSKAR for best DIRECTOR. not that f**king gay locker.Which is ok movie but, not oscar material.
