YouTube Ordered Offline in Brazil

Daniela Cicarelli, a model and ex-wife of soccer great Ronaldo, is suing YouTube after a video of her apparently having sex on a beach with her boyfriend was posted to the site. Haha, she can go bugger herself where the sun don't shine. If you have sex in public, then people have every right to film it and post it online. If you don't want to be posted on YouTube and other such sites, don't have sex in public. It's very simple!No lawsuit is going to hide someones sluttiness.Only in Brazil can something stupid like this whole story happen.btw, she looks nasty. and not in a good way

Wow, you people got to keep the sex video links off diggThis site is classified by most as PG and so is allowed by internet filters... but if this crap continues then we might very well see it banned due to the high number of adult material all over itYou know the name, just google it FFS... no need to directly link to the sex videos.

jsut a little piece of mind, i believe you are from the US..and if you are saying that here in brasil we have some weird court sessions..let me remind you that in the US, several companies were sued for:1- dental cream company was sued because a house wife who is f**king ignorant and pressed the tube in the middle was spending a lot of money on dental cream2- consumer electronic company was sued because another ignorant house wife, put her cat on a microwave and turned the damn thing on...she had the right to sue, not youtube, but the people who posted on youtube, since the first time it exploded, youtube/googvid made an effort to not allow the video to be viewed by too many people before they deleted it...
