webtvwire.com — YouTube is clearly trying to clean up in light of the Viacom lawsuit, ironing out any potential issues over copyright theft. But high profile YouTube posters such as Loic Lemeur and Chris Crocker are being dragged in to the mess, potentially causing more harm to the site than good.

I didn't recognize the name either. Yeah, I've seen the one incredibly annoying "leave britney alone" video, but I didn't bother to pay any attention to who it was.Shrug.

That'd be a fun negotiation:"You're going to drop this suit now, or we're going to buy your company and fire you."

I don't think Crocker understands that he is quasi-famous for being such a pathetic f**king loser.

Singing "Happy Birthday" is copyright infringement. I think groups like Viacom need to die...Bastards! I've had several YouTube vids taken down for infringement, and it's sheet music to help flute players for heaven's sake...if there was ever a "fair use" that's it, but now, mainly host my vids myself because of crappy companies like Viacom.I also had one of my own compositions/own graphics/own everything, taken down for infringement...Yikes, I guess I infringed on myself or something.
