Yoshi's island was a spiritual sequel to SMW, and these two games quite possibly MADE the SNES, one in its infancy, and one in its death. So many good games were released for SNES, im glad to see them coming out on the gameboy and DS, and their sequels too.
Absolutely agree, I can't understand why they redid the graphics. The original ones looked much better, especially the animations of Yoshi are just plain awful and miss completly the funny timing of the first part. The backgrounds also look far less impressive.

Actually, I meant that they had scored PDZ much higher than it had actually deserved. Like it or not, it really wasn't that great of a game.
