Yep, that's Henry The Lizard Lover (his real name actually, he changed it) -- good friend of my dads. He has a lot of these guys, and he's been doing it for YEARS. I think he's been on several t.v episodes demonstrating his awesome lizards. Cool guy!
A little girl did this on Ellen, you rub the lizards belly and they relax and don't move, she puts clothing on them and poses them on furniture, just like this.
