Although they are "vulnerable" per se, there is 2 things you can do to protect yourself from this kind of thing.1) Make sure your password contains letters and numbers.2) Treat your secret question answer as another password. Make your answer nothing at all to do with the question, and again make sure your answer contains letters and numbers.

Spell the answer differently, purposely misspell your maiden name/teachers name/whatever, or add a few extra characters, only you would know the exact answer, so they cant use your personal information to get your password
