youtube.com — Not just once, in fact during the the whole event people declaring 'Ron Paul'as votes for their state or a nomination were ignored or had their microphones turned off.* And of course No Ron Paul signs were allowed either.

total nazi control of entire process. Mics were turned off in areas where people with different view were likely to be heard. As the states were called, mic deadened to block out Ron Paul's name, if it was even read. WAKE UP PEOPLE! This two party/faction rule of our election process must go!

Comparing the official nomination with Digg is absurd. The time to make your "digg comment" was voting during the primary. The comments have been made, and yours was "dugg down" beneath the viewing threshold. You had your say, and the majority didn't want to hear it.Frankly, the idea that screaming "Ron Paul" during the official tally would have *any* effect whatsoever after every vote has been cast is juvenile and naive.

Look at the bright side, at least we can still bitch on digg. Lord knows we won't do anything else.

Ron Paul isn't a threat. Is that why he got such a small percentage of votes? If he had enough supporters he would have been able to afford to campaign everywhere. Do you not understand that some people do not agree with Ron Paul? People are educated about him, they just don't agree with his views. He's like Obama in many respects, he talks about a bunch of different topics, and then sets an unrealistic goal for those topics and an unrealistic process for reaching those goals.

watched tape of rnc convention on C-SPAN and listened carefully to the roll call votes as they were being cast.. At the end of the voting, RNC Chairman Mike Duncan announced that McCain received 2,372 votes, Ron Paul received 5 votes, and Romney received 2 votes. He lied. He also can't add. That's only 2,379 votes. 2,380 votes were cast.. Alaska cast 5 votes for Ron Paul.. Oregon cast 4 votes for Ron Paul.. Washington cast 4 votes for Ron Paul.. West Virginia cast 2 votes for Ron Paul.. That's 15 votes for Ron Paul, not the 5 votes that Duncan announced.. Utah cast 2 votes for Romney.. Idaho cast 26 of its 32 votes for McCain. They didn't say who received their other 6 votes.. Maine cast 20 of its 21 votes for McCain. They didn't say who received their other 1 vote.. Minnesota cast 35 of its 41 votes for McCain. They didn't say who received their other 6 votes.. Nebraska cast 31 of its 33 votes for McCain. They didn't say who received their other 2 votes.. North Carolina cast 65 of its 69 votes for McCain. They didn't say who received their other 4 votes.. Pennsylvania cast 73 of its 74 votes for McCain. They didn't say who received their other 1 vote. I know Pennsylvania had 4 definite Ron Paul delegates on the convention floor.. The total votes for other candidates was 20.. McCain received 2,343 votes, not the 2,372 votes that Duncan announced.. You can see what the actual floor vote was here: http://www.thegreenpapers.com/P08/R.phtml http://www.thegreenpapers.com/P08/R-HF.phtml sorry, i know i posted it three times now and i won't again but i'm so darned mad!
