xbox360fanboy.com — Xbox LIVE has been messed up for the better part of a week. MS hasn't be very willing to acknowledge the issues. I want to know two things...when is it going to be fixed and how is Microsoft going to keep me as a customer?

we should definitely receive a credit. If my cable or phone service went down I would receive a credit as anyone would.http://www.reggaeplanet.comhttp://www.dexterity.net

your xbox360 died twice? three times? pfft. i'm on my FIFTH....they have a policy if they have to "fix" (read "replace") your console more than four times you get a new one the fifth time. xbox live going down doesn't just affect gaming, it also affects updates to games, downloads of updates for codecs, purchases of media ( i rented Creepshow just before christmas and i STILL can't download it ... something about "unable to obtain media usage rights" or some such nonsense.it's irritating, but i just switched it off and started playing on my ps3...network was fine, too...a bit lonely, yes, but at least i wasn't burdened with having too many players to choose from..

Water may actually be a good because that is also how electricity is treated.

I just listed 3 games with tons of people playing them. COD4 & Assassins Creed both have sold over a million copies on the PS3.

Hmmm... Earlier, I posted that I guess I lucked out as I was getting flawless Xbox Live access. Well, I guess I should have knocked on wood, as now my Live service has been anything but live all day. Apparently I'm logged in, but none of my account data can be retrieved.Annoying to say the least.

Not a fair comparison, because the 360 is (or was) sold at a loss.

My point exactly - XBL (the multiplayer component) is just a matchmaking service, and yet they make you pay.
