The FCC has no jurisdiction as to the appropriateness of the content - unless you also support them going after things like HBO, etc. This is not free-to-air broadcasting (and arguably, there the FCC has even overstepped their bounds, but that's another discussion).

Even assuming they do come back, their show is now going to be a watered down version of what it once was.I hope they come back for one day and just barricade themselves in the studio 'til the cut power to it.f**k XM
