happybeggar.com — It was just announced that Bell Canada will partner with Microsoft to offer high speed internet access and an XBOX 360 Pro Bundle for a low monthly fee! This is a nice way for Microsoft to penetrate even more in the home market! Will U.S. internet providers follow? I sure hope so!

I am sure that they will replace it since it is essentially a lease for 36 months. Not sure if it is a lease to own if you cancell the contract after 3 years.

THERE IS NO FREE XBOX 360.Here's the actual website where this is being promoted:http://holidays.sympatico.msn.ca/Xbox+360+Online+and+ready+for+primetime/GiftGuide/Articles/MS+Xbox+360+Online+and+ready+for+primetime.htm?isfa=1You get 3 games, Xbox Live Gold, Marketplace Points, and a wireless modem for $60/month. You have to buy your own Xbox 360.

@Magixx... Oh dude... you have to upgrade!I signed up for Sympatico through DELL (in Spetember) to take advantage of a promotion between the companies.By signing up through DELL, I got $200 off a DELL purchase, and a 1 year contract with Bell Sympatico for an Ultra High Speed connection (at least 3Mbps down, 500Kbps down) for $46CAD/mo.! (the contract can be extended for the same price, or go on a monthly basis for about $55 I think)In reality my connection is more like 4.5Mbps down and 450Kbps up.With the $200 for a Dell purchase, I waited until the 2407FPWhttp://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=ca&l=en&s=dhs&cs=CADHS1&sku=320-4335dropped in price to $799CAD... I then applied my $200 credit, and bought the damn thing for $680 (tax-in). (the price of that monitor fluctuates about once a month)So, If your not tied up in a contract, I suggest you CANCEL your service with Sympatico (make sure its canceled and not SUSPENDED), and then sign up with some other name in your household through Dell to take advantage of this. Preferably someone with a different last name?

Rogers is great, as long as you don't mind having a bandwidth cap, getting threating letters when you are using too much bandwidth, having torrents blocked, or not being able to have a server running.Don't get me wrong, when I was with rogers the service was a lot more reliable, but I host several sites out of my home, and use a lot of bandwidth, which Rogers wouldn't let me do
