20 bag (oy, I'm really UN-hip considering I had to google that to find out what it was) would look like any other bag of organic material that was leafy. IOW, it's not going to be discernible from other items. At SFO, we're working on using state of the art technology in order to keep the flying public safe. There's technology in the trial stage that is very much like the Total Recall x-ray technology. It's not that far advanced, but it's getting there. It's all an attempt to keep the public safe and make it as hassle-free as possible.
I x-rayed my dell one time. Afterwords my laptop wouldn't boot. Of course, this wasn't your typical single shot x-ray machine, and it did take something in the neighborhood of 1200 shots at 9 R/Min, so that could have something to do with it.

Another comment on the platters: in some cases they are made of glass (really), then their x-ray signature would also be fairly small...
