The man in a coma that is shown as a "case study" to the children at the school earlier in the film wakes up.His voice is Professor X and the nurse looks at him and says "Charles?".Movie Summary: Gene comes back to life to kill Cyclops and Prof X then is killed by Wolverine.Oh, this comment is a spoiler, sorry.
