@tech42erI'm glad you can take the train, but unless you live in the Northeast, trains are not really a viable transportation option. And I'm not anti-train or anything. I've lived in Europe twice, and I know how trains work there. Unfortunately, they just aren't set up to work well for most of the US.

Your suggestion is retarded. 1) starter pistol is no more a weapon than your camera is, in fact, when used in conjunction with a nice neck strap, your camera might be a stronger weapon than the starter pistol.

I really like the comments and I guess that the truth is that we have a bad rail system. Wait until gas gets even more expensive than it is now. People will travel more by train and services will have to increase. Do not forget that gas in the UK as well as in the rest of the EU is twice as expensive as in the US. It is, therefore, justifiable for commuters to take the train instead of driving in many cases.
