It's HTML+CSS as art. The thing that makes it artistic is that you have to actually PAY ATTENTION (dig a little ((not digg))) to get the subtleties. :POne could call it stupid, pointless, incomprehensible, etc. which would of course make it precisely like any other art form, guaranteed NOT to be understood/appreciated by SOMEBODY, at least. I for one can relate to this more easily than art administered by, say, paintbrushes.

Reminds me of a website I recently found that was, supposedly, an "exact scale" model of the solar system, with horizontal scrolling. Took a good 10 minutes if I remember correctly to scroll all the way over using just the arrow key.
