They had to encrust them with gems to get that price?I've seen go boards that were well over $450,000 made of nothing but wood. Snow grade stones will cost you another few thousands dollars.
I publicly apologize to the poster; my comment was out of line and totally untrue.I assumed from my one glance at his page that it was a spam site, but it wasn't. I am very embarrassed about my initial comment and feel terrible about it.Yehuda

I must not understand Digg. I wrote a list of the ten most expensive board games last week, which included these two sets, and it got a total of six Diggs. This little piece of spam has only two sets, with much less information and pictures than mine, and gets over 500 Diggs in 12 hours. What the heck am I doing wrong?http://digg.com/gaming_news/The_Top_Ten_Most_Expensive_Board_Games_in_the_WorldYehuda

The more expensive the chess set, the more insipid the chess player. The only part of the game that matters is in your head.
