reuters.com — New phone is the size of two business cards. This gadget is no bigger than other mobile phones by making a screen that folds up when not in use. The 5-inch display of Polymer Vision's "Readius" is the first that folds out when the user wants to read news, blogs or email and folds back together so that the that the device can fit into a pocket.

"Users will be able to set up their email accounts, news sources, podcasts, audio books and blog feeds at home on their computer, and the data is then pushed to the device whenever it is updated."NO THANK YOU

I always thought the idea of an e-book was rather stupid at least for pleasure reading - for manuals and such while at my PC it's a different matter...but then I was given an old compaq iPaq as a gift and soon, I was using it primarily for reading e-books. It's small enough to fit into my pocket. Reading on it is a pleasure. I can hold it in one hand and turn the pages with the same hand. Once you get into the zone, you don't even see the pages anymore, your thumb just auto-works. I wouldn't pay much for JUST an e-book reader, but any pda or decent cell should be able to do similar.

The technology is good, however I'm not sure how practical this will be. Also, only black and white is hardly going to set the world on fire.http://www.best-mobile-contracts.co.uk
