I'm not proposing communism. I'm talking about spoiled, immature, uneducated, bored socialites having most of the wealth just because they inherited from daddy, production 0. A tiny minority of the very wealthy - e.g. Bill Gates - are being promoted as a beacon of their kind (because they started from relatively 0 and indeed produce) while in actually they are only a fraction.
It's already clear it's not having the 'desired' effect, unless desired effect means giving free credit to banks to compensate for bad government policies.
