Learn how to code. If you are lazy, get WP 1.52 or whatever as a base and tweak it as many thousands have. It is open source. Bloggers are like BBS SysOps. If they ran a BBS, they own a part of the market.The www/internet is what you make of it. Make it and use it, tweak it and use it, just dont use it and abuse it.
