I had lung surgery 7 months ago to remove one of my right lobes. The nurse asked me afterward if I remembered anything because I started to struggle during the last part of the surgery. I said no but I was in considerable pain at the time. I asked the doctors later about this and they said I did not stuggle. ??????? Was something being covered up?
Lawsuit? Really? On that evidence I wouldn't say that it's a rock solid case. As people pointed out it's a common occurrence and possibly something that cannot be predicted. (I'm not a doctor).Doesn't sound like very much fun, but people tend to forget the risks involved with surgery. http://www.zestrx.com/category/allergies.html

how can it be proven that she was, in fact, awake. Not exactly an open and shut case.
