@ ahknight ... i was working on the colo-rectal (that's to do with the lower digestive tract, i.e. bowel) surgical ward in a hospital. he was an inpatient awaiting a colostomy .. which is the procedure of making a new hole in the front of his abdomen so that you can attach a bag and let him do his stuff out there. smartass. think you knew it all eh?
