I spent some time in Scotland as a college student coming from Minnesota. The only concern was that I voted against GWB. Once they knew I didn't like Bush (literally and figuratively) everything was cool and we had some more pints.

I'm born and bred Aberdonian and have to laugh at that the f**k wit of a local MP, who describes Aberdeen as cosmopolitan and welcoming, what a f**king joker. When’s the last time he walked down a street with a black person, or sat on a bus driven by someone that hasn’t got white skin.
