American has the highest per capita percentage of its population behind bars for a reason; the real criminals in America wear badges or work as prosecutors. Yes, there are a few crimes committed by actual criminals, but the inept American law enforcement rarely captures them. It is much more politically expedient to “pin it on someone.” The end result is that the innocent sit in prison and the guilty roam the streets.

And to state, logically, that although the premises may be true, and the argument valid, it is unsound...as legal policies are not necessarily Marxist in nature just because women -- as a collective whole -- also expect the right -- as a collective whole -- to not be raped. This isn't PC-ism; this is common sense, despite internet porn fantasies and the difficult, and questionable, circumstances that ensue when false accusations do occur.
