G. Gordon Liddy served his time and reformed himself. Isn't that the best-case scenario?Unlike OBAMA'S buddy, American terrorist Bill Ayers, who only a few weeks ago said that they didn't set off enough bombs in the 60's. Ayers never went to prison because the evidence against him was obtained illegally.

@lajaw,way to completely miss the point of this discussion. If McCain is innocent of wrong doing in both the Keating 5 and Gordon Liddy incidents where McCain's ties are undeniable previously and currently, and individuals in both of those cases were FOUND GUILTY, then Obama, is COMPLETELY innocent in the contact he has had with Ayers, as the charges against Ayers were dropped, and you better believe that that's MORE INNOCENT than a guilty verdict clearly handed down in court.get over yourself and stop apologizing for a campaign full of blunders by the GOP.

Liddy didn't start with Watergate - that was his crowning achievement. That was his attempt to murder constitutional democracy. In any event, Liddy was a wet ops guy from way back. Since that stuff is classified, we'll never know how many murders he committed let alone planned.
