Oh no not this again. Ya radio waves can be bad for your but the power levels were talking about iswatts! The millimeter power that come of your wap is slow low even if she shoved the antenna up her ass it would have no affect on her.
if this is supposed to be caused by wifi signals, then shouldn't she be in pain by anything on the 2.4ghz range, like cordless phones, wireless headsets, wireless game controllers, and most any other wireless home electronics? is smell some serious bulls**t.
I'm going to have to agree with those that said it's all in her head. Basically she thinks she should be feeling something because she sees the antenna. If it really was affecting her she would feel crappy everywhere that had WiFi, which would be at a lot of places outside of her house. So it's either that or she's full of s**t
I am so sick and tired of wifi - literally.I searched for a place to live, moving away from three cell towers, found a place that was good. Then suddenly it all changed when WIFI was installed near by.My health suddenly went downhill. I am a healthy person and wifi just destroys my life. When i walk into a coffee shop or hotel that has wifi, i turn around and leave. They think they are getting more business, but in time it will do he opposite. How the heck to you sleep in a wifi hotel or campsite? I know i cant. Kiss traveling goodbye. So when it arrives near your home what do you do? After all it transmitts from 100 feet to a mile radius. For those who think this is a silly story, imagine yourself in this delema, its not fun.Fight for your health while you still can, but i know most are just so in love with technology and trust everything that it just doesnt even cross their minds - until its too late. If your concerned, its most likely because your in the starting phases of where people like me are at. As it goes down hill you begin to not want technology ever again. Don't get me wrong, i worked in the high tech industry for years, but now its my past and not my future. Don't overlook the facts and what people are sharing with you. Headaches, eyes, all sorts of muscle problems, digestive problems, sleeping, etc etc. And its not just me, i see many people in the same location get effected the same exact way - but they dont know the facts and think its just a bad day they are having - its radiation people - radiation exposure. Educate the public - they are absorbing this stuff too - if you have kids its about time you did your homework and got up to speed on this, their lives may depend on it.
guys, its not bull.. I suffer from the same thing too. I dont know why, but I just do. I can't use the laptop for any length of time, especially in large file transactions. It is okk for internet.I can use the wired network for any length of time and it doesn't affect, neither does my phone or my microwave. And i can understand why everyone says its a load of rubbish, but i do actually suffer from this..And as soon as i leave the laptop, headaches dissappear.I don't know why though..Any ideas would be nice.Adam

Perhaps a more appropriate title: "Human WiFi detector!"

Perhaps she should put a wireles router in between her legs and have a party.

"It's just like being in a microwave" is probably not the best argument for convincing people wifi is harmless.

I really feel for this poor woman. In my 20 minute train journey to work I go through 100 WLANs. Now I know why I hate Mondays.
