Yup, I work there/here and Ultimate is only $45 for us. Of course, the people who worked on Vista (I didn't) get their very own copy as a gift.

I'm still not sure how a flash drive (random read speed ~= 5 MB/s) is supposed to be faster than any hard drive (random read speed > 30 MB/s)
