A service pack is for mechanics. got charged one for my cars auto the other week. Kit to replace common wearing parts. When my Windows Install suffers from 'wear and tear", I reinstall a fresh one, and then update the bugs.If Microsoft could match the 6 month release schedule and quality of the part time 'Linux hobbyists', it wouldn't be such a laughing stock.

Can anyone explain to me if Microsoft means their fiscal quarter 1 of 2008, or the calendar quarter 1 of 2008? The difference is about 6 months.
