Your login isn't really needed because there are measures in place to prevent false input on the prompt. (The secure desktop, among other things)However, you can set it ask for the login. It's in secpol.msc

It makes the defragger a bit better than XPs instead of a lot worse, it speeds up file transfers back to XPesque speeds, and (the best bit imo) it has Hotpatching.
