"Well written article IMHO.""Great article."I disagree. The subject of the article is obviously deserving of praise but the redundant article is not. It could have easily been condensed to 2.5 pages.

@fantasticFlan:What are the Sims numbers? I've read The Sims have sold 16 million copies, compared to Super Mario Brothers which has sold 40 million copies (sure, it was bundled, but still, if you take the Sims games numbers and add them upp, I don't think it will compare with if you took the Mario games numbers and added them upp). So, why would The Sims be the most successfull game in history?(not knocking on Wright, he's great, but the Sims is *so* overhyped, and it's not really *that* big that people think)

Attack of the Nintendo fanboys! AhhhhhWill Wright created a new "genre" of gaming. While I agree that Miyamoto-san is a giant in the gaming industry he didn't "invent" 2d side scrollers when he made Mario.

Did anyone else read that as Wii Wright. Just think of what that man could do for the Wii.
