Citizenship gives you and me rights. Foreign nationals cannot be stopped or detained, if they are doing embassy business.They cannot be held to our constitutional laws.Why would we say that illegals then have constitutional rights.If Mexico is so bad then we as a caring nation that will not stand for human rights violations.we must invade Mexico and let people live free in there own country

Then federal law has been unconstitutional since 1952 when the law requiring immigrants to carry their papers at all time was first passed. Arizona is simply trying to enforce existing law. There's nothing new here.

The NBA's Phoenix Los Suns are protesting this law. Ok, folks, if we follow the lead of the team's owner then we need to demand access to the best seats in the arena with free concessions and free parking. And don't you frigging dare ask to see my ticket!!!!
