Actually, You can use the PS3 to workout as well, but it gets expensive at $500-$600 a toss.

Wow could this be America's solution for obesity? 2 off my friends picked up the wii and I'm not saying they're "fat" or anything though I've noticed some changes (physically) since they've been playing.

Great article, it proves that this game console works to activvate your body, it is not an express way to get slim, but over several months it probably works for most and if you also easy right you can gain a great result.
