It didn't sell out in Asheville, NC. A wal-mart and a game stop still had about 6 to 8 available.

I live in New Braunfels, TX, with a population of about 50,000 people, mostly beer drinking rednecks who like to swim and listen to music. Our Walmart got 35 units and the line at one point was well past 60 people. Same with every other store in town including best buy, circuit city, and target.

Keep in mind the shipments will be coming in repeatedly from here on out. There is no massive shortage like the PS3 has. It's just the initial shipments that are sold out. 4 million units out by year end. So keep that in mind before heading to eBay to spend $400 on a Wii and Zelda, or start freaking out in case you think you won't get one in the next few weeks.I believe stores are getting more this or next week.

December 1st is the next large shipment, but some stores (like Wal Mart, Target, Best Buy) that get their shipments from a regional warehouse instead of UPS will probably be getting more this week, I know my local Wal Mart is getting 30 more tomorrow.
