politico.com — On behalf of the media, I would like to say we are sorry. We have asked mean questions like: How well did McCain know Palin before he selected her? How well did his campaign vet her? It is not our job to ask questions. To hear from the politicians at the Republican National Convention this week, our job is to endorse and support their decisions.

"I just had to laugh when I saw that interview with Cindy McCain, and they ask her what experience Palin has with foreign policy, and Cindy replies that Sarah Palin was the Governor of Alaska which is the closest North American point to Russia."If I were McCain and saw that interview, I would say,"Sorry, I don't know her. Seriously!!! I don't know her. I swear!!!"That's showing how unbelievably stupid Cindy McCain is. WTF WTF WTF... I'm just extremely grateful that she's NOT brunette, coz that would be a humiliation.

There was no bias to it - the media were doing their job, and what the pro-bloggers were going to do a lot less carefully & nicely anyway. This woman may be our next vice-pres; hell, if McCain wins and then keels over, she will be leading and running our country. Why wouldn't everyone want to find out as much about her as they could - and why wouldn't some of that lead to a little cynicism and sarcasm when you realize the McCain camp knew about most of it but chose to either keep mum or spin-doctor it.

I suggest you read the following page from obama's site http://www.barackobama.com/issues/education/In it he describes his 0 to 5 plan, which takes children away from parents to government run programs. He wants to fund child care centers, after school programs, and summer programs. Perhaps I am reading into it, but it sure sounds like he believes we are unable to raise our own children and need the government to do it for us.

"Bork" has been turned into a verb for creating ridiculous smears and lies to destroy a political candidate. Exactly how does quoting TED KENNEDY prove anything?
