bythom.com— It's about how apple is making the same mistakes it did years ago, and how they keep releasing new Ipods without fixing old issues.

"If the iPod sucks, then why is it the most popular and best selling digital music player on the market? MINUS DIGG!"Beacuse there are more brittney spears followers than good music bands followers, thats why. There are more idiots in the world than smart people.
I hate Apple, a lot. When I first saw the iPod, i was willing to kill for one. It wasn't until my birthday that my mom got me a third generation iPod. Eight months later the piece of s**t's battery wasn't lasting me 2 hrs. My mom busted her ass off working for this s**t to start f**king up after 8 f**king months, WTF!!! I believe that Apple does this s**t on purpose...."their battery gives out, cheaper to get a new one than to fix it, another $200-$400 for us" it's not like those bastards cant make a f**king replaceable battery iPod, they're f**king Apple. I hate Apple with their overpriced garbage and that going-bald-in-denial gentlemen Steve-cheap-ass-Jobs. People get a grip, stop following trends......BOYCOTT iPod!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ipod is a product for the idiots. For an idiot, the only functionality is point and shoot, not to worry about anything. But it's a stupid product at best. For one thing, it doesn't even let you copy all your mp3 files to the ipod without using itune.I bought 40 GB worth of audio books that I thought I would buy an ipod and put them on the 80GB hard drive. It turned out to be my worst nightmare. You have to use itune. Why on earth do I want to put 40GB worth of audio book on the PC and ipod? Go figure.I have them on DVD, and that's 9 disks full. I don't need them on my PC, but you can't put it on ipod without putting it on your itune, and that's why it's stupid.
How do you spot a gentlemen??? look for the queer azz apple/mac/iDILDO he's showing off. BTW, the only way to look for an iDILDO is to check his rectum.
The iPod has a clean, attractive design, and its clickwheel is equally simple and intuitive to use. However, transfer of data to the gadget requires two external programs (The iPod service in the background and Itunes to copy files over). It makes extracting files from the 'pod difficult (Itunes places media in a hidden folder within the Ipod. The media is named using numbers in separate folders). The iPod's chief fault is that it is quite a bit more expensive than other like players. Since the iPod has three separate "target points", if any of the above components malfunctions, you have to reinstall. All, in all, if you are looking for power, the Ipod's not for you. If you're looking for a "cool" toy that is easy to use and "just works", the 'pod's your best bet.http://xbladegaming.com/BeyondTheNet/
My mom bought me an iPod for graduation. After owning an iPod Video for only a week, I'm already sick of it. There is nothing new, nothing fancy. Barely any good features, except for Solitaire. And all the errors are in the wrong places. (For those who don't want to read the whole thing, just skip to the last paragraph).I can't stand the battery life. I'm always, ALWAYS charging it now so it doesn't run out. Last night, i was listening to music at half volume and playing solitaire for 1 hour. Already, a little bit more than half the battery is lost at a full charge. That's terrible! Now I hear news that you have to pay $60 to get a replacement because it's not removable. That right there is Apple ripping me off! What also bugs me is the price. The iPod is NOT WORTH $250. It has too little features, too many restrictions, and too small of a screen to be worth $250. The Zen Vision: M is the same price, but has a bigger, brighter screen, and more features like Voice Recording and FM Radio. (Others who say that these features aren't important are in denial). Not only that, but the iPod Video comes with barely nothing in the box! I got headphones, an adapter for more accessories (apparently not all iPod accessories work with all iPods), and a sleeve barely big enough to fit the iPod. So not only is the box $250, but now I have to buy everything Apple forgot separately? That's even worse. What's worse is the Click Wheel. Upon first using it, I found it too sensitive for my liking. I asked one of my Mac friends how to change the sensitivity. They said I had to get used to it. One week later, I'm still jumping past tracks. Even though this is my fault by not being coordinated as well as I should be, is it so much to ask for a sensitivity option? And who would of engineered a button in the middle of the wheel? I can't tell you how many times this happened to me, but I'm scrolling through artists, I find one, I reach over to the center button, but the back of my thumb touches the scroll wheel, and I end up choosing the wrong artist. Also, I would just wish that they would have an indention. Something like the F and J keys of a keyboard, so I know which button to press without looking at it.I also cannot stand how fragile it is. Apparently it's "sexy", "sleek", and "beautiful". I could say that, if my fingerprints weren't in the way. Seriously, that thing is just a magnet to scratches, cracks, and blemishes. My iPod is already slippery from my own blemishes. My hands are clean (I don't eat chicken and then immediately use my iPod, with grease in my fingers). It's just so sleek, it's slippery. That's bad. I can't even stand looking at the screen (if I had video) and finding all those fingerprint marks all over the machine. But the thing about iPods that bugs me the most is iTunes. For me, installing it was a mess. Although not for everyone, for me it was. It was the longest procedure of my life. Now that I have iTunes working, it asks me if I want it to automatically scan the My Music folder for media files. Sure, I guess there is no harm in that. But you see, that was Apple lying to me again. They didn't check my My Music folder. They checked every ones My Music folder, their Shared Folders, My Videos, and even hidden folders. You can guess what I found inside the hidden folders while my mom was watching me. So now I have to delete, delete, delete all the files I don't want. That's ok I guess. It's a one-timer, no biggie. After I'm done, it has to convert half of my files so it can work with my iPod. Which of course, is VERY gay. It pains me to have to convert. With Macs claiming how easy it is, I would've assumed it could read .wma files. But that's not the end of the problems. Apparently, after leaving iTunes to convert 20 videos overnight, I wake up to find out that they won't play on my iPod with sound, even though it was converted. Why? I dunno. But it's annoying.Out of my experience with the iPod, the few things nice I could say about the iPod is that plays music (barely), it has Solitaire, it holds a lot of media, and it comes in black. On the other hand, what I could say bad about the iPod is that I can't connect my iPod to another computer and share files, very fragile, the iTunes only functionality is very poor, it's expensive, doesn't have basic features like FM Radio or Microphone, I think it's ugly (Beauty is in the eye of the beholder), the scroll wheel needs fine tuning, it doesn't play much audio, it cripples video play, it comes with barely any accessories out of the box, and it has no removable battery. Those are too many flaws for me. Sure, all systems have flaws, but THIS MANY?? The iPod is worse than a Zune! I also believe that all the iPod lovers must be delusional, in denial, lied to, or just stupid. I know I'm gonna get angry responses. If you want to send me an arguement, make sure you have facts to support it.
