lets assume that windows 7 will be subscription based and want to send data back to m$ servers! microsoft just thinks that everyone has a broadband internet connection or is able to get the internet! what about all those people, who have high disposible incomes, who live in rural areas like southern SK or ne MT. i live 25 miles from the nearest population center! we can barely get touchtone service out here! much less broadband of any kind! is microsoft actually bold enough to say if you don't have internet you can no longer buy our software! i'm thinking i may notice a significant chunk of m$ profits just roll away!
