mediamatters.org — For the 18th time this year NYT has run an article on Barack Obama's 'association' with Bill Ayers, former radical (Obama was 8 when Ayers was active). How about McCain's closeness to G. Gordon Liddy, convicted in Watergate?

Obama to unleash high-tech pummeling of "No Brain McCain". He will not know what hit him. Palin has aggravated the hive. This is going to get interesting. FINALLY. Dems hitting back hard, hitting back preemptive, turning the Bush Doctrine on itself...

Oh dude, that is one of the best posts I have ever seen on DiGG! I freaking love fake post-industrial fractional reserve banking conspiracy theories. Please tell me you have some trivial causal link to the Council on Foreign Relations. Wait. Isn't Obama ON the CFR already? Holy s**t this is too awesome! God I love election time in America! It's like a really bad novelization of a B screenplay. Think Howard the Duck in paperback. I have no idea how to explain how it works here in the US to my Swedish relatives. I am reasonably certain that my uncle thinks that candidates have to swear allegiance to God and recite 2000 year old messianic cult verses to even be considered viable.

Ayers was never convicted. Liddy, on the other hand, was.I suppose "Innocent until proven guilty" only works people who agree with you.The correct way to state this whole thing should be "While Obama has associated with an alleged terrorist, McCain has publicly complimented a convicted felon, appeared on his radio show, and accepted $5000 in campaign contributions from said felon, including $1000 as recently as February 2008."Has the Obama campaign accepted campaign contributions from Mr. Ayers? How much? When?
