I thought the article was pretty good. My favorite part was where they don't have any marketing people working for them. Mostly programmers. I think more companies should go this route. More programmers (or engineers), less (or zero) marketing idiots!

I found my current job through Craigslist. I found my apartment through Craigslist. I... okay you get the picture. I'm okay with it.
